Manufacturing

We build it. Your name stays on it.

FUKA manufactures elevator components in partnership with other companies' brands, to their specifications. Sheave manufacturers, package suppliers, independent elevator contractors and machine shops use FUKA for castings, semi-finished components, machining capacity or complete production, while the customer relationship and the brand stay with them.

A supplier who quietly starts selling to your customers is not a supplier, it is a competitor with a delivery note. We have no interest in that arrangement.

You keep the customer. You keep your brand. We make the part.

For decades, our Cologne works have produced traction sheaves, deflector sheaves and rope drums for four of the world's largest elevator manufacturers. Those components ship under their names, not ours. That is not a new business model for us, it is how we have worked all along.

01

Capacity when yours is full

Machining capacity for peaks, for parts that do not fit your machines, or for work you would rather not set up for.

02

Components under your own name

Complete production of elevator components, delivered for you to sell under your own name.

03

Any stage of the route

Castings, semi-finished components or finished parts. You decide where your own work starts.

04

A supplier, not a rival

We do not go around you to your customers. That is the basis the relationship is built on.

Answers

Straight answers.

Will FUKA approach my customers directly?
No. In a white-label relationship the customer stays with you. That is the point of the arrangement.
Can FUKA take over only part of the process?
Yes. Many partners take castings or semi-finished components and complete the work themselves. Others hand over the full part.

Have a sheave, drawing or idea?

Send us what you have: a drawing, a photo, dimensions, existing part information or your project requirements. We'll take it from there.
