One part. Even when the original is long gone.
FUKA produces single replacement traction and deflector sheaves for elevator installations, including cases where the original manufacturer no longer supplies the part. The geometry is taken from your drawing, from photos and measurements, or from the worn component you send in. Single replacements run through the same manufacturing process as volume production.

Keep your modernization on track: we can supply the missing component. Your modernization plan is sound, the machine is sourced, but a neglected sheave is worn out and you need a source for it.
That is the case we are built for. While helpful, you don't need the original drawings. A photo, a set of measurements or the part itself is usually enough to start the conversation.
Start with what you have
A drawing, a sketch on paper, a photo of the installation, the dimensions, or the worn component. We work from any of those.
Reverse engineering the geometry
Where no documentation survives, the component is measured and the geometry reconstructed, then confirmed with you before anything is cut.
No minimum quantity
Single component orders are welcome. There is no volume requirement attached to a replacement part.
Same process as volume orders
A single replacement is machined on the same equipment and to the same standard as a volume production run.
Answers
Straight answers.
- The original manufacturer no longer exists. Can FUKA still help?
- In most cases yes. As long as the worn component, a drawing or usable measurements are available, the geometry can be reconstructed and the part manufactured.
- Do I have to send the old part?
- Not necessarily. A drawing, photos with a scale reference or a measurement record are often enough. Sending the part usually makes the process faster and more certain.
