Start at the raw casting, and take it from there.
FUKA supplies raw cast elevator components to partner and customer specification, primarily sheave blanks. Partners and customers can take the casting as-cast and finish it in their own shop, or have FUKA carry out part or all of the machining. This is the entry stage of the same route that ends in a ready-to-install component.

Not every customer wants a finished part. Machine shops and component manufacturers often have the capacity and the know-how in house, and what they are short of is a reliable source for the blank.
That is a supply relationship we are comfortable with. You take the casting, you do the work, you keep the customer.
To your specification
Castings are produced against the geometry and requirements you supply, not against a fixed catalogue.
As-cast or machined
Receive the raw casting, or we have all the capabilities to deliver a completely machined component. The decision is yours, as our partner.
A reliable supply chain partner
Once a geometry is established it can be reordered, which matters more for a supplier relationship than a single component delivery.
Answers
Straight answers.
- Can I buy only the castings and machine them myself?
- Yes. Supplying raw castings to machine shops and component manufacturers who finish them in house is a standard part of the business.
- Does FUKA cast to my own drawing?
- Yes. Castings are produced against customer requirements rather than a fixed catalogue of shapes.
